Roles of Supervising Teachers
- Guide students in defining their research questions and methods.
- Ensure projects follow health & safety requirements.
- Provide feedback without doing the project for students.
Project Requirements
All student projects must meet the fair’s safety requirements and ethics guidelines.
- Appropriate supervision for experiments involving people or animals.
- Safe handling and disposal of chemicals or equipment.
- Clear documentation of methodology and results.
Fair Participation
Each school is encouraged to run an internal selection process before nominating projects to the regional fair.
